Registration & Moodle Info For Students

 

To register, sign up for Moodle:

Moodle (similar to Blackboard) This is how you will submit files, receive documents and info from staff. Please check Moodle regularly, we will post important information there.

1) Go to: http://www.harlemchildrensociety.org/moodle/
2) Click on JSHS 2008 and create a new account if you don't have one already.
3) Fill in a username, please use your first initial and last name.
Example Jane Doe would be: jdoe
(if you get an error message that someone else has an account already with that user name, then add a number to it like jdoe2)
4) Fill in your REAL first and last name and an email account that you use. If we don't recognize your name, we will delete your account.
5) Check your email and confirm.
6) Go back to http://www.harlemchildrensociety.org/moodle/ and click on JSHS 2008.
7) Log in and sign up for JSHS 2008. Feel free to explore the course site.
8) course enrollment key (Please ask your Science teacher/coordinator.)
9) Remember to log out when you are done.

Fill in and Submit Entry Form:

1) Download and fill in the entry form (MS Word doc).
2) Rename the file with your Moodle username
Example Jane Doe's entry form would be: jdoe_entry_form.doc.
3) Log into JSHS 2008 Moodle (if you don't have an account please see above section on Moodle)
4) Once logged in, see section on "Submit Your Entry Form" to submit your form.
